VAULTLINE — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All Vaultline products are made‑to‑order. Each item is produced specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this production model, all sales are final.

Vaultline does not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size
• Buyer’s remorse
• Preference‑based reasons
• Sale items or gift cards

REPLACEMENTS FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Replacements are issued only if your item arrives:
• Damaged
• Misprinted
• Defective
• Incorrect

To request a replacement:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number
• Attach clear photos of the issue

Approved cases will be reprinted and shipped at no cost.

RETURN ADDRESS (IF REQUIRED)
Some cases may require the item to be returned to our production partner. If instructed to do so, send returns to:
