WHAT IS VAULTLINE?
Vaultline is an independent design label by Gizzy Graves. All apparel is made‑to‑order with an industrial, minimal, psychological aesthetic.

ARE ITEMS RETURNABLE?
All sales are final. Because every item is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference. Replacements are only issued for damaged, misprinted, or defective items.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT?
Email support@vaultline.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Production: 2–7 business days  
Shipping (US): 3–7 business days  
Shipping (International): 7–21 business days  
Tracking is provided once shipped.

WHY DID MY ORDER ARRIVE IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES?
Vaultline uses multiple production partners. Items may ship separately.

HOW DO I CHOOSE MY SIZE?
Refer to the Size Guide page. If between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders cannot be canceled once production begins. All sales are final.

WHERE ARE ITEMS MADE?
All products are fulfilled through professional print‑on‑demand partners located in the US and internationally.
